 +  * **Soothing Presence** - Passive.  When calm, the user brings comfort to others in the area.  For 10 SP, the user can amplify this effect and use it even when in a panicked state.
 +  * **Street Brawling Lv 1** - Passive.  Knows the typical tricks of a dirty fighter raised on the streets. Can spend 2 SP to do a Dirty Trick and slow/stun the opponent.
 +  * **Street Smarts Lvl 2** - Passive.  Knows his way around the streets and more base peoples of the world. In the end, they all operate the same way, and he speaks thug relatively easily. He can spend SP to develop a criminal plan of some sort to solve his situation.
